At Eliot Tiles, we prioritize your satisfaction. Please review our return and refund guidelines:

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    Products are eligible for return only if they are damaged or defective at the time of delivery. Please inspect your items carefully upon receipt.

  2. Return Process
    If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with details and photos of the issue. We will guide you through the return process.

  3. Refunds or Replacements
    Once the returned item is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Since all purchases are via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed accordingly or replacements will be delivered to your address.

  4. Non-Returnable Items
    Products that are delivered in perfect condition, or those that have been used or altered, are not eligible for return.

  5. Reporting Timeframe
    Damaged or defective items must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery to be eligible for return or replacement.

  6. Limitations
    Eliot Tiles is not responsible for damages resulting from mishandling after delivery. Our liability is limited to the product itself.
